- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup ripe fig jam
- 1 Dalewood Wineland Blue Camembert™, room temperature, sliced
METHOD: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Use a knife or pastry cutter to divide the pastry into 5cm x 5cm squares. Place the pastry squares on a baking paper-lined baking sheet, taking care not to overlap the pieces. Use a fork to poke holes in the center of each square. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of the fig jam in the center of each square. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the puff is golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each pastry with a few slices of Wineland Blue Camembert™. Serve warm.
