Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell will head up the fun and insightful workshops, sharing both his passion for natural fresh produce and his witty repartee that make any culinary event with him a real pleasure.
Saturday: 14.00 – 17.00 – mixing, folding and shaping
Sunday: 08.00 – 12.00 – tour of the Bakery, baking

Workshop price excludes accommodation, if you wish to stay on the farm there is a 25% discount on room rate, subject to availabilty.
